Personal qualities will always remain a priority in medicine. Whether it is a distinguished professor, a practicing physician, a nurse or a laboratory technician, both the health of patients and the development of the industry as a whole depend on each of them.
If you have a look at the first issue of our journal for this year, you can notice that the majority of our columns is dedicated to the achievements of specific doctors and experts. Moreover, the geography and the status of these persons, who move forward our medical reality is not limited to Russia and even more so to the capital region. Their age and academic degrees also vary a lot. But that does not detract from the scientific nature of their ideas and the innovativeness of their solutions.
