Today, local injection therapy is believed to be one of the important treatment elements of inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the joints, spine and soft tissues. There are numerous drugs available for this purpose, including glucocorticosteroids, hyaluronic acid medications, polynucleotides, collagens, etc. Today, when choosing one or another drug for local therapy, the doctor is like an artist who can choose from the modern palette of treatments just the right one for each specific case.In medicine, as in art, there are ambassadors, who use the latest solutions in their practice, easily test different approaches to choose the best one and become those who are subsequently looked up to by their colleagues. In this issue we will "go on a journey" across our home country to talk with different doctors.
